Sabit Aydın was born in 1974 in Ankara. After completing his education in 1994, he worked as a senior executive in the family company, Çiftay İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. He served as the chairman of the board of directors at Z A Hazır Beton İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. and Z A Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from 2007 to 2023. He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento Sanayii A.Ş. and Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii Türk A.Ş.
Gülant Candaş was born in 1960. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Finance in 1982. After working in the family company for a while, he continued his business life at Akbank between 1986-2007. He started to work as general manager in Çiftay İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2007 and continues as the chairman of the board of directors. He is also the vice president of the board of directors of Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento Sanayii A.Ş. and Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii A.Ş. and the chairman of the board of directors of Batıçim Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., Batıçim Enerji Toptan Satış A.Ş., Batıbeton Sanayi A.Ş., Batıliman Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. and Ash Plus Yapı Malzemeleri San. Tic. A.Ş.
Coşkun Kılıç, who served as the Chairman and Board Member of SunExpress between 2012-2015, also served as the CFO of Turkish Airlines (THY) between 2006-2016. He is one of the founders of the Jet Fuel Supplier THY-OPET and served as a Board Member. He also served as a Board Member of the technical maintenance company THY-Teknik A.Ş.
Before his duty at THY, Kılıç served as the Deputy General Manager and Board Member at the Retirement Fund of the Republic of Turkey between 2004-2006. At the beginning of his career, he worked as the Chief Accountant at the Board of Accountants in the Ministry of Finance between 1992-2002.
He served as an Executive Board Member at Erciyas Holding between 2017-2024, and as a Board Member at Özbal Çelik Boru, Bimaş Bisiklet and Erciyas Vagon A.Ş.
An active entrepreneur, Kılıç is the founding partner of Eduka Botanik Peyzaj Mimarlık A.Ş. and Bioakva Ltd. Şti. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor.

Kılıç, who completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics, completed the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Master of Science in Finance program, which is among the leading business and finance graduate programs in the world, in 2002.
Having been deemed worthy of many awards in his professional life, Kılıç was selected as the best CFO in Europe in 2012, and in addition, he has signed many firsts in the field of finance, especially in the issuance of fixed-income capital market instruments (EETC). He pioneered the development of financing models that ensured the growth of THY and won international awards. He played an important role in the domestic and international corporate and digital transformation of THY, which lasted approximately 5 years, and served as the Chairman of the Enterprise Resource Planning Committee (ERP Executive Board). He also took an active role in the secondary public offering of THY.
Within the scope of the social security reform in the Pension Fund, he pioneered the establishment of the Social Security Institution and the development of the hospital and prescription control system that facilitated access to private hospitals within the scope of the health reform. He also played an active role in the renovation and privatization of the Pension Fund hotels.
Kılıç, who managed the reverse merger process of Özbal Çelik Boru and Erciyas Çelik Boru A.Ş., led the realization of the public offering of Erciyas Çelik Boru.
Ömer Çağdaş Selvi was born in 1977 in Akdağmadeni – Yozgat. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law in 2001 and worked at Doğan Holding between 2001-2003, Garanti Bank between 2003-2005, Aksu Savaş Çalışkan Attorney Partnership between 2006-2013 and Bilgiç Attorney Partnership between 2013-2016. He is currently working at Selvi Attorney Partnership and has experience in project finance, acquisition finance, banking law, capital markets, derivative transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He took part in many energy and infrastructure project financing and acquisition financing transactions and represented leading financial institutions and investors. Mehmet Şahne was born in Ankara in 1967. In 1989, he graduated from the Police Academy. In the last 10 years, he served as Provincial Police Chief in Karaman, Mersin and Izmir respectively. He left his duty due to retirement.
Enis Turan Erdoğan was born in 1955 in Mersin. He graduated from İstanbul Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Brunel University in England in 1979. After returning to Türkiye, Turan Erdoğan held executive positions in various private sector companies and joined Vestel in 1988. He has held various executive roles at Vestel since then, serving as the President of Vestel Foreign Trade and as an Executive Member of the Board until 2013. He served as the CEO of the Vestel Group of Companies from January 2013 to September 2023. He also served as the President of TÜRKTRADE for two terms between 2002 and 2006 and was the first member elected to the DIGITALEUROPE Board from 2010 to 2014.
Ufuk Bala Yücel graduated from Boğaziçi University, and she also has a master’s degree from Marmara University, Institute of Banking & Insurance. She started her career at Uluslararası Endüstri ve Ticaret Bankası A.Ş in 1987. Afterwards, she worked as “Corporate Banking Branch Manager” at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. between 1987 and 1999 and at Finansbank A.Ş. between 1999 and 2000. Then she worked as the "Manager of the Loans Department" between 2001 and 2007 and "Assistant General Manager" between 2008 and 2018 at Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası; Afterwards, she served as the “Assistant General Manager for Credits and Legal Affairs” at Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası between May 2019 and 2022.
